Residential Service Tech - Mishawaka, IN - Direct Hire

1^st Shift, 8:30am–5pm, Up to $75000/yr.

Overhead Door Company is currently hiring motivated, hardworking individuals to join our team of technicians. Technicians travel to residential sites and businesses in a company provided vehicle in the Michiana region.

 Job Duties:

• Must be mechanically inclined, can work independently.
• Provide annual/preventative maintenance & safety testing on all products.
• Repair/replace parts on existing equipment.

Requirements:

• HSD
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be able to lift 80 lbs. & carry for a distance of up to 50 feet.
• Must be able to work in extreme heat & cold.
• Candidates must be mechanically inclined, can work independently, problem solve, and conduct themselves in a professional manner with great customer service as a priority. 
• Ability to lift and or move up to 80+ lbs throughout the entire shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and stoop.
• Ability to use hands to finger, handle and feel.
• Specific vision abilities required for various jobs include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.
• Ability to understand and communicate (talk-read-hear) work instructions.
